How you log in depends on how you are registered in the Valutec system.
If you currently have a Virtual Terminal user name and password, enter them after clicking on "Virtual Terminal Log-in" below.
Important Note:
If you currently have a Virtual Terminal user name and password, they will NOT allow you to gain Web Access. For security purposes, you will be required to establish a unique user name and password combination to enter the Web Access area. Valutec can quickly issue you a new user name/password combination to allow Web Access by calling 1-888-381-8258. You may still retain your Virtual Terminal password if you desire, but you will need to create a new user name to gain Web Access.
Web Access:
Use this log-in for card maintenance, reporting and account details. Your Virtual Terminal user name and password will not work for Web Access. Call 1-888-381-8258 to establish a user name and password for this area if necessary (See above IMPORTANT NOTE)
About SSL Certificates
Virtual Terminal Access:
Use this log-in for Virtual Terminal functions, including Card Transactions, Status of Transactions and Report of Transactions.
If you CURRENTLY have a Virtual Terminal user name and password, they will work for this log-in. However, you will need to establish a unique username and password to enter the Web Access area. See above (IMPORTANT NOTE).
